Number
of Anglers
The
number of anglers
allowed by the US Coast Guard is a maximum of 6 with a crew of 2.
The limit is for our class of vessel. there is no way around this
law and we will in no way break this law.
A
6
person fishing party is the maximum, but the
ideal party is 3-4 anglers. The reason being that the limit of 1
captain and 1 mate makes it difficult for the mate to care for the needs
of more than 4 anglers. An overcrowded cockpit presents many problems
no matter what size of the boat. Use your judgment when deciding how many
anglers you want on your trip. The type of fishing we will be doing
during the trip is the key factor.
